You must be 18 or older to book coaching services.

3. Payment Terms

All payments must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

Accepted payment forms may include:

  • Wix Payments

  • Stripe

All sales are final.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

To reschedule a session, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance using your confirmation email or by contacting support.

  • Missed sessions (no-shows) are forfeited

  • Sessions canceled less than 24 hours prior are non-refundable

Mentorship sessions follow the same policy.

5. Mentorship Memberships & Subscriptions

By subscribing to a mentorship container or multi-month plan:

  • You authorize recurring monthly payments

  • You agree to complete the payment commitment

  • Early cancellations do not result in refunds

  • Missed sessions do not roll over unless approved

You may request a pause for emergencies, but this is not guaranteed.

6. Digital Products & Online Courses

Due to the nature of digital content:

  • All digital purchases are non-refundable

  • You may not share, copy, resell, or distribute materials

  • Access may be revoked if terms are violated

All content is for personal use only.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website — including text, branding, graphics, programs, PDFs, videos, and coaching materials — is the intellectual property of Coach Elisabeth / I Am Just The Messenger LLC.
