These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and all services, sessions, programs, digital products, and mentorship containers offered by Coach Elisabeth.
By using this website or purchasing any service, you agree to these terms in full.

1. General Use of the Website

This website provides coaching, spiritual guidance, mentorship information, and digital resources for personal development purposes only.

You agree to use this website in a lawful manner and not to:

  • misuse or exploit the content

  • share private information of others

  • attempt to disable or disrupt the site

  • copy or redistribute content without permission

All content is protected under copyright.

2. Coaching Services

When booking any session or mentorship with Coach Elisabeth, you acknowledge:

  • Coaching is not therapy, medical treatment, or financial/legal advice

  • You are solely responsible for your decisions and outcomes

  • Results are not guaranteed

  • Sessions may not be recorded or redistributed without consent

You must be 18 or older to book coaching services.

3. Payment Terms

All payments must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

Accepted payment forms may include:

  • Credit/debit card

  • PayPal

  • Wix Payments

  • Stripe

All sales are final.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

To reschedule a session, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance using your confirmation email or by contacting support.

  • Missed sessions (no-shows) are forfeited

  • Sessions canceled less than 24 hours prior are non-refundable

Mentorship sessions follow the same policy.

5. MENTORSHIP MEMBERSHIPS, SUBSCRIPTIONS & ONGOING COACHING PLANS

By enrolling in a mentorship membership, subscription, or multi-month coaching plan offered by Coach Elisabeth / I Am Just The Messenger LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

5.1. Recurring Payments & Financial Commitment

Recurring plans are billed according to the payment schedule displayed at checkout. By enrolling, you authorize the applicable recurring charges and agree to the payment obligations disclosed when you purchase the plan.

5.2. Ongoing Life & Spiritual Coaching

The Ongoing Life & Spiritual Coaching plan requires a three-month commitment at $333 per month, for a total scheduled investment of $999.

The plan includes:

  • Two private, 60-minute virtual coaching sessions per month.

  • Personalized growth goals and action steps.

  • Reflection exercises to support continued development.

  • Limited between-session guidance and accountability.

The plan provides six private coaching sessions over the three-month term, subject to the scheduling and attendance policies outlined in these Terms & Conditions.

5.3. Scheduling & Session Usage

Clients are responsible for scheduling their included sessions in advance and attending their appointments on time. Sessions are subject to availability.

The 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy in Section 4 applies to coaching sessions. Missed appointments and late cancellations may result in the session being forfeited.

Included sessions are allocated monthly. Unused sessions expire at the end of the applicable monthly period and do not roll over unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

5.4. Between-Session Support

Limited between-session support is intended for brief coaching-related questions, reflection, and accountability. It does not include unlimited messaging, immediate responses, or additional private coaching sessions. Response times may vary.

5.5. Cancellations & Early Termination

The plan has a three-month duration. Requests to cancel or terminate early are subject to the plan's disclosed payment terms, applicable cancellation policies, and applicable law.

Cancellation of a plan does not automatically entitle the client to a refund for payments already made. Any remaining payment obligations, cancellation rights, or exceptions will be handled in accordance with the terms disclosed at checkout and applicable law.

5.6. Refunds & Pauses

Refund requests are handled in accordance with the Refund Policy and applicable law. Unused sessions are not automatically refundable.

Clients may request a temporary pause due to exceptional circumstances, but approval is not guaranteed. Any approved pause must be confirmed in writing and may affect scheduling or plan duration.

5.7. Coaching Disclaimer

Coaching supports personal development, self-awareness, spiritual reflection, and goal setting. It is not a substitute for medical care, mental health treatment, or professional legal or financial advice. Individual outcomes vary, and specific results are not guaranteed.

 

6. Digital Products & Online Courses

Due to the nature of digital content:

  • All digital purchases are non-refundable

  • You may not share, copy, resell, or distribute materials

  • Access may be revoked if terms are violated

All content is for personal use only.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website — including text, branding, graphics, programs, PDFs, videos, and coaching materials — is the intellectual property of Coach Elisabeth / I Am Just The Messenger LLC.

You may not:

  • copy

  • modify

  • distribute

  • resell

  • publicly share

any content without written permission.

8. Disclaimer

By participating in any session or program, you acknowledge:

  • Coaching is not a substitute for medical, mental health, or legal advice

  • Results vary by individual

  • You are responsible for your own well-being

  • This work is spiritual and educational in nature

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coach Elisabeth is not liable for:

  • decisions you make

  • emotional or psychological outcomes

  • financial or life results

  • damages resulting from the use of this site or services

You agree to hold Coach Elisabeth harmless for any perceived or actual consequences of coaching or digital products.

10. Privacy

Your information is protected under the Privacy Policy.
