I did not wake up one day and decide to become a coach.
Life called me into this work long before I ever had the language for it.

My journey was born in the quiet spaces... the moments where I had to learn how to heal myself, understand myself, rebuild myself, and choose myself, even when no one showed me how. I grew up navigating emotional storms, identity shifts, and spiritual battles that forced me to mature faster than most. I learned responsibility early. I learned independence early. And I learned the cost of abandoning yourself even earlier.

But I also learned resilience.
I learned discernment.
I learned how to hear my spirit before I could fully understand my voice.

The Awakening

My life shifted the moment I realized I could no longer shrink to fit who I used to be. Something inside me cracked open not in a way that broke me, but in a way that demanded truth. A spiritual awakening found me in the middle of my old life, and once I saw the truth of who I was, there was no going back.

I began to see everything differently relationships, patterns, cycles, my purpose, my gifts. I learned that survival had shaped me, but it was never meant to define me. I learned that protecting my peace was sacred. I learned that I could stand on my own, heal my own wounds, and rebuild my life from truth instead of trauma.

And through that awakening came clarity:
I wasn’t just healing for myself.
I was being prepared to guide others.

The Healing

My healing journey was not pretty.
It was raw.
It was honest.
It was a deep excavation of everything I had suppressed, inherited, tolerated, or normalized.

I faced versions of myself that were hurting.
I released identities that no longer matched my spirit.
I broke cycles I was never meant to carry.

And in that healing, I discovered my gifts. The ability to see people clearly, to understand their emotional patterns, to read their energy, and to guide them back into alignment with their highest self.

Not from theory.
Not from scripts.
But from lived experience.
From spirit.
From truth.

The Calling

I didn’t choose this path... it chose me.
I became the person others came to for clarity, emotional guidance, spiritual understanding, and truth. I found myself giving the very support I once needed.

People saw me.
People felt me.
People trusted me.

And Spirit made it clear:
This is your work.
This is your purpose.
This is your assignment.

Today, I work with women and men who are navigating awakening, heartbreak, purpose shifts, spiritual transitions, emotional rebuilding, and identity rebirths. My coaching blends spiritual insight, emotional intelligence, energy reading, healing work, and grounded leadership.

I help people not just survive life but transform through it.
I help them awaken.
I help them align.
I help them step into who they were always meant to be.
