Refund Policy for Coaching Sessions & Digital Products

I am committed to providing high-quality spiritual and coaching services. Please review the refund policies below based on service type.

1. Coaching Sessions (Zoom Sessions)

Because coaching sessions require time, energy, preparation, and holding space, all session purchases are non-refundable.

You may reschedule a session up to 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations or missed sessions (no-show) are non-refundable and non-transferable.

All mentorship packages — including monthly containers and the 3-month transformation plan — are non-refundable once purchased.

All digital items — including workbooks, courses, guides, PDFs, and online programs — are non-refundable due to instant access upon purchase.

Deposits for events are non-refundable.
Rescheduling may be offered at my discretion.

Refund exceptions are not guaranteed.
However, I may consider partial credit toward a future service in special circumstances.
